Commercial Manager – Latin America



Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager who is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our commercial sales efforts in the Latin America markets, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Years of experience in commercial sales, with a proven track record of success in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
