Access To Energy Sales Manager – Atlantic Africa



Job description

Under the hierarchical management of A2E commercial Director: Thomas Bonicel

In close collaboration with

  • A2E Supply Chain Manager: Rutuja Vijendran Rao
  • Responsable Commercial Senegal: Abdou Lahat Tine
  • General Management Sub-Saharan Africa: Simplice Zamo Kateu

Manage  A2E business in the different countries: Senegal, Mali, Niger, Gambia                                             

  • Deliver the expected economic performance for Sales/Segment on the respective perimeter : Sales growth, CCO GM.
  • Short term Impact objective for A2E 200kpeople, aiming at 500kpeople  in 3 years
  • Short term Sales objective for A2E 500kEur, aiming at 1MEur in 3 years @30%CCOGM minimum.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable Forecast for Atlantic Africa
  • Execute A2E strategy in respect with Cluster guidance, tools and processes.
  • Qualify A2E projects to make sure that Execution Center push offers for the opportunities.
  • Manage the A2E pipeline projects and coordinating projects throughout the commercial cycle (SoCs stage gates)
  • Drive innovation in new business models enabling A2E business, in link with local Rural Electrification Agencies, Local Goverments, International and national finance institutions (MFI, World Bank,…).

Be accountable of the implementation and use of Group tools & process, with strong focus on BFO.

Qualifications

Communication:

  • Stakeholders at all levels (from Government ministers/CEOs to villagers)
  • Non traditional business partners (NGOs, small business partners etc)
  • Schneider Electric Access to Energy team and beyond

Flexibility to travel (approximately 25%)
