ARE engages with key climate investors in Washington to accelerate DRE growth
The Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) recently joined a select group of approximately 40 participants at the Climate Investment Funds’ Transformational Change Workshop in Washington, D.C. on 15-17 October 2024.
The workshop focused on strategies to achieve impactful, large-scale results through climate investment programmes.
Over the three-day event, participants engaged in discussions aimed at maximising the effectiveness of climate financing. Topics included scalable impact creation, monitoring, learning, and evaluation methodologies. Attendees also examined case studies showcasing transformational change through current climate finance initiatives.
