Administrative and Financial Manager
Job description
Under the authority of the Administrative and Financial Director and in close collaboration with the administrative manager.
Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATION
- Distributes tasks, ensures work efficiency and monitors results.
- Manages and participates in missions.
- Validates decisions with colleagues.
FINANCE
- Ensures sound financial management and overall business operations.
- Manages, analyzes and implements budgets.
- Constantly informs general management of the company’s financial health and growth; submits quarterly reports.
- Prepares financial proposals for tenders and calls for expressions of interest (EOI).
- Conducts financial studies for company projects.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Administration and Finance with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the field.
- Knowledge of financial models, particularly in control and IT management.
- Knowledge of Odoo.
- Good command of Excel.
- Analytical mindset.
- Negotiation skills.
- Leadership.
- Management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stress.
