Administrative and Financial Manager



Job description

Under the authority of the Administrative and Financial Director and in close collaboration with the administrative manager.

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATION

  • Distributes tasks, ensures work efficiency and monitors results.
  • Manages and participates in missions.
  • Validates decisions with colleagues.

FINANCE

  • Ensures sound financial management and overall business operations.
  • Manages, analyzes and implements budgets.
  • Constantly informs general management of the company’s financial health and growth; submits quarterly reports.
  • Prepares financial proposals for tenders and calls for expressions of interest (EOI).
  • Conducts financial studies for company projects.

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Administration and Finance with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of financial models, particularly in control and IT management.
  • Knowledge of Odoo.
  • Good command of Excel.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stress.
