Technical Project Coordinator
Job description
The project coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring studies and photovoltaic solar installations, from the design phase to commissioning. They ensure coordination between technical teams, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to guarantee the smooth execution of the project while meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Technical Studies and Design
- Conduct or oversee feasibility studies for solar projects (technical and economic).
- Design photovoltaic installations (sizing, equipment selection, optimization).
- Analyze technical and regulatory constraints of the installation sites.
- Draft technical specifications and necessary documentation for installations.
Project Coordination and Management
- Plan the different phases of the project and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the activities of internal teams and external service providers (installers, electricians, engineers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Supervision of Installations and Commissioning
- Organize and oversee solar installation work.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures on-site.
- Participate in testing and commissioning of installations.
- Draft follow-up reports and provide regular updates to management.
Monitoring and Maintenance
- Propose solutions for improvement and optimization of installations.
- Provide post-installation follow-up and organize preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Train technical teams and clients on operating the installations.
Working Conditions
- Teamwork with regular hours as defined in the employment contract.
- Indoor work, primarily at the headquarters, with frequent travel.

Required Skills
- Education and Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic solar sector, renewable energies, or electricity.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of electricity, electrotechnics, and electrical standards (NF C 15-100, IEC, etc.).
- Proficiency in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment).
- Experience in project management and site coordination.
- Ability to analyze and optimize the performance of photovoltaic installations.
- Interpersonal and General Skills
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Rigor, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
- Mobility and availability for on-site travel.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
